High-Rise Facades
Working with a wide range of clients we have built up an impressive portfolio, which includes new-build and remediation schemes on high-rise developments, as well as rendering projects at both a national housebuilder and individual homeowner level. We are dedicated to working with our clients to deliver projects which are right for them and take pride in our long standing customer relationships that exist as a result of this.
Centurion House
- Location: Edgeware, London
A facade remediation scheme delivered on a 7-storey, mixed use (residential & commercial units) building in Edgeware. Project involved the replacement of the building’s existing EWI, with a new, A1 fire-rated EWI system. UKR Facades delivered this scheme on a supply and fit basis, in addition to fully providing the access, site management, welfare and waste removal. Phase 1 (residential) of the scheme was delivered in 8 months, with phase 2 (commercial) currently underway.
Bridgewater Wharf
- Location: Salford
A 14,800m2 new-build brick slip scheme on a residential development in Salford, delivered on a supply and fit basis. Project is currently ongoing and involves a Eurobond and Tiles International Brick Slip system, fully installed by UKR Facades. We are also undertaking the supply and fit of all windows on the project.
Stillwater Drive
- Location: Manchester
A facade remediation scheme delivered on a 14-storey residential building in Manchester. Project was delivered in 3 months, on a supply and fit basis, and included the replacement of the building’s existing EWI with a new, A1 fire-rated EWI system.
Concord Street Apartments
- Location: Leeds
A facade remediation scheme delivered on a 7-storey residential building in Leeds. Project was delivered in 8 months, on a supply and fit basis, and included the full replacement of the building’s existing EWI and rainscreen cladding with new, A1 fire-rated EWI and rainscreen cladding systems.
The NV Buildings
- Location: Salford
A balcony remediation scheme delivered on a high-rise residential development in Salford Quays. Project was undertaken on a labour only basis and involved the replacement of existing timber balconies with new, A1 fire-rated aluminium balconies. Project completed in 5 months.
Sutherland House
- Location: Coventry
A facade remediation scheme delivered on a 5-storey commercial building in Coventry. The building’s de-laminated render system was fully refurbished in 4 months.
Hardwick Square
- Location: Wandsworth, London
A facade remediation scheme delivered on a high-rise residential development in Wandsworth. Project was undertaken on a labour only basis and involved the replacement of the building’s existing EWI and rainscreen cladding remediation with new, A1 fire-rated EWI and rainscreen cladding systems. Project completed in 8 months.
Haughton Green Towers
- Location: Denton
A facade remediation scheme undertaken on a social housing development, delivering improved thermal performance. Project was undertaken on a labour only basis and involved the installation of an EWI system to the building, which was completed in 4 months.
Albion Mill
- Location: Ancoats, Manchester
An EWI and balcony remediation scheme delivered on a residential development in Ancoats. Project was undertaken on a labour only basis and involved the replacement of the building’s existing EWI and balconies with new, A1 fire-rated EWI and balconies.
