Intrusive Surveys
We undertake facade ‘opening up’ works to enable the assessment of wall build-ups and the subsequent development of Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW) in accordance with PAS 9980:2022.
Design Development
We work with clients to develop robust and compliant designs, taking them from early stage concepts, through to technical specifications that enable construction. Leveraging both in-house and sub-consultant resources, we are also able to produce Building Safety Act (BSA) Gateway submissions which include all necessary architectural and detailed facade design, fire engineer and structural engineer inputs.
Planning and Stakeholder Management
We engage in early planning sessions and develop efficient and effective works programmes. We also diligently liaise with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are considered and appropriately reflected in our project management approach, ensuring that disruption is minimised wherever possible.
Facade Remediation
We specialise in remediating unsafe, high-risk buildings (HRBs) by replacing combustible cladding and External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems. Experts in all facade types, we are able to undertake even the most complex of remediation projects. Our meticulous approach to quality assurance, record keeping, reporting and document control, ensures that we are able to crucially maintain and deliver the ‘Golden Thread’ information requirements of The Building Safety Act.
New-Build Facades
We are experienced in delivering some of the industry’s largest and most challenging new-build facade schemes. Our specialist teams can deliver design and build solutions on projects involving rainscreen cladding, brick slips, insulated render and GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete).
Steel Framing, Glazing and Curtain Walling
We provide our clients with a complete building envelope solution by delivering steel framing systems (SFS), glazing and curtain walling packages, in addition to our typical external facade offerings.
EWI Retrofit
We deliver EWI retrofit projects in accordance with industry best practice, to provide residents with long-term improved thermal performance and thus, greater energy efficiency within their householders. Our PAS 2030 and Trust Mark accreditations demonstrate our firm commitment to completing work to the highest standards and in line with customer requirements.
Commercial and Residential Render
We are experts in all major render systems, drawing upon our team’s vast experience within the industry to deliver only the highest quality of projects. Not only do we work with national and regional house builders to professionally undertake large scale schemes, but we also work with individual homeowners to deliver bespoke render finishes.
