PROJECT OVERVIEW
High-Rise Hotel Facade Remediation in Nottingham
Working within a fully operational high-rise hotel in Nottingham city centre, UKR Facades delivered a £650k fire-safety remediation project focused on improving the safety and compliance of the building’s external wall systems. The works involved the replacement of key facade components while hotel operations continued throughout.
Over an 18-week construction programme, composite cladding panels, spandrel panels and fire barriers were replaced, with the project reaching completion in July 2026. Delivery was carefully coordinated around full hotel occupancy and the access and logistical constraints of the busy city-centre location.
