PROJECT OVERVIEW
Targeted Facade Remediation in Manchester
Focused on key elements of the external wall system, the works at Meadow View involved fire-safety remediation to a mid-rise residential building in Manchester. Aluminium and timber cladding were replaced alongside associated fire barriers as part of the project.
Delivered over a 10-week construction programme and completed in June 2026, the works introduced new cladding and fire-barrier systems while navigating the limitations of a space-constrained city-centre site. Careful coordination and resident liaison helped minimise disruption to the existing development throughout delivery.
