The Stage 4 technical facade design for Spectrum Apartments was developed by UKR Facades in close coordination with the project’s appointed fire engineer, structural engineer and architect, ensuring a robust and compliant solution ready for Gateway 2.

As part of the Gateway 2 process, UKR Facades also supported the client in developing the required supporting documentation covering health and safety, change control, construction control and mandatory occurrence reporting. The submission was successfully approved by the Building Safety Regulator on its first submission, allowing the project to progress into the three-year construction programme.
